C’est des voleurs , ils ont bloqués mon compte pour aucune raison , et ils m’ont demandés d’envoyer un rib ou transférer mon argent , et ca fait maintenant plus de 3 mois , je n’ai rien reçu et ils ne me répondent plus..

Conformément à la réglementation bancaire européenne, il se peut que selon les cas, notre banque de tutelle effectue une vérification de routine. Quand celui-ci demande une vérification complémentaire de la part des autorités bancaires, le compte peut être temporairement bloqué durant ce délai.
Veuillez toutefois noter que le remboursement des fonds ne dépend pas de MyPocket mais de EMLpayments.
