Geen enkel tabje van het menu werkt. Overal foutmelding. Al weken dat saldo niet te raadplegen is. Wanneer wordt dat gefixt?

Onze klantendienst is bereikbaar gedurende de weekdagen en antwoord aan de schriftelijke berichten binnen de 2 werkdagen. Je kan hen bereiken door een ticket in te loggen via deze link https://user.edenred.be/hc/nl of per telefoon 02 678 28 11 door optie 4 en dan 5 te kiezen. It’s a pity that the app is only available in French and Dutch. Using the app in Belgium where many expats and workers from all over Europe are living should make the development aware of providing an English version.
