In sommige Delhaize filialen is de mobiele indoor coverage erbarmelijk slecht (zelfs aan kassa in de buurt van een raam) en er wordt geen WIFI aangeboden => cache de SuperPlus kaart gegevens zodat de barcode kan gescanned worden zonder Internet verbinding

Disappointing and frustrating
I have been using delhaize app to order groceries for the last 2 years. I created an all inclusive list and were picking items from it every Thursday night to pick up Friday after work. The app was not great, search did not work properly, it had its own mind going to home page at random times when you try to add items to your cart, etc but I made it work. Last Thursday, when I opened the app to do the same at 9.30pm, it said that they now have a new app and I should delete the one I have and install new one from AppStore. I spent 1.5 hrs to order groceries that I usually spend max 30min !!! 😡😡
- They did not bother migrating customers’ lists into the new app, so you start from scratch:(
- When you search lists in support section, it takes you to delhaize website where it explains how to create a list based on the old version of the app. The options they refer to are no longer available in the new app.
- Not only you lose your existing list, there is no way for you to create a new list😡 so, every week you want to order, you have to search everything one by one all over again😒
- search still does not work properly. I spent 5min to find delhaize bio fresh whole milk!!! You can only search one word at a time to get some meaningful result. If you search by more than one word (bio milk for example), it list ALL bio products - milk or otherwise.
- I tried to follow their categories to find items I want. I go to fresh fruit, it displays Tropicana orange juice!
- there is an item i did not add in my shopping cart, i delete it and when I go back to my cart, it is still there!!!

This is by far the best comment we have received. Thank you very much for your feedback. Indeed, the previous app had a mind of it's own and therefore we decided to create a faster, better, more designed application.
Your lists will soon re-appear in the app, including your all-inclusive list that you used on a weekly basis.
