Te veel oplichters kunnen ongestraft hun gang gaan
Helaas is er met Marktplaats zelf bijna geen contact te leggen als er een probleem heeft voorgedaan. Ik ben opgelicht. De oplichter heeft hetzelfde product al eerder verkocht aan een ander en ook niet geleverd. Ondanks dat dit vermeld staat bij de review van de verkoper mag hij gewoon doorgaan. Marktplaats heeft zijn gegevens, daar zou iets mee gedaan moeten worden. Het enige dat er aan gedaan wordt is blokkeren maar dan vind je hem zeker niet terug, en hij begint gewoon ondereen andere naam een nieuwe account. Bij fraude zou ik wat meer steun en hulp verwachten.
