Try to reduce number of updates. Logging in again, attacthing card details again, really slows you down. Frustrating when you want to catch a train and notice the update right before you leave.

We wouden rijden er staat 24 uur voor 10 euro abonoment ik schrijf 10 over schrijft niet over ik schrijf opnieuw 10 euro ben ik 20 euro kwijt ik kon gratis rijden maar er staat 20 euro op de app mijn vriendin schreef 10 euro over voor 24 uur we reden drie kwartier en ze had opeens 12 euro schulde ZWARE OPLICHTING!!!

Hey there, I'm really glad this has been implemented in my city, but I think you need to work on a few things.
First, and the most confusing for me: the takeaway area is not always the same as the parking zone. I had a train to catch and I couldn't figure out why I cannot park the bike in front of the train station where the other e-bikes were sitting. Apparently the parking zone was 20-30m away...you can imagine the level of frustration I had because of this, trying for 15 minutes to park the bike I think you should always use the same zone.
Second, even if you are in the parking spot, it takes a few tries to end the ride because the previous checks that you did are being revalidated. This is again frustrating. How I see this: Are you in a parking zone? Yes. Have you locked the bike? Yes. Take a picture and end the ride. Usually here you receive an error sating that either you are not in a parking spot (validated previously) or that you need to make sure to lock your bike (again validated previously). So frustration...
Third: I have received a notification today saying that I might be banned to use the bikes if I don't park them in a designated spot, this is what I have seen on the notification banner on my phone. When I tried to open the notification to read it entirely, it just disappeared, and I cannot see it again anywhere in the app.

All-in-all: good initiative, cheap alternative to the public transport and much more convenient if you ask me.
