Fluvius Prepaid is een applicatie waar je je saldo voor elektriciteit of aardgas kan raadplegen en energie kan kopen.
Dit kan enkel wanneer je klant bent van Fluvius als leverancier én gebruik maakt van Prepaid.
Prepaid is een service van Fluvius waarbij je betaalt voor je verbruikt. Je ontvangt dan geen maandelijkse of jaarlijkse facturen meer voor je energieverbruik.
Via deze Fluvius Prepaid app kan je eenvoudig en snel je saldo voor energie raadplegen en opladen.
Bijkomende functionaliteiten zoals jouw verbruikshistorie raadplegen, … zijn beschikbaar in mijn.fluvius.be/prepaid.

Het zou handig zijn mocht je in de app je geschiedenis kunnen raadplegen zoals je vroeger op de website kon.
Zo kon je een idee krijgen van hoeveel je wanneer ongeveer verbruikte.
Heeeeeel slecht
Die app is allesbehalve in orde kan er niet op en kan niet opladen…. Super slecht 👎
Worst app ever
This is so horrible. I can’t access my app at all. Was waiting for an full hour for it to upload. Tried updating the app, tried deleting app and logging in. It doesn’t work. Can’t access payment methods. Website has the same issue. If you want it all to be accessible online then make sure that the app and website works well. This is worst user experience ever
