Meest waardeloze app ooit
Vorig jaar mijn auto verzekerd bij Ethias. Van hun service en prijzen etc ben ik tevreden. De app geinstalleerd voor facturen, documenten of info/contact. Geen een ding werkte. Na een jaar nog steeds “je facturen zijn hier binnenkort beschikbaar” bij andere dingen word je doorverwezen naar hun klantenzone website. Log je je daar in, word je teruggestuurd naar de app. Eindeloze loop zonder resultaat. Ook geen in app chat/contact te vinden waar je snel en makkelijk direct contact kunt maken met een medewerker. De klantenservice is wel vlot via telefonisch contact. Vraag mij af waarom zo’n goed en groot bedrijf zo een waardeloze app maakt. Enige da ik kon zien was mijn nummerplaat vanboven de app en beetje info dat ik eigenlijk al wist. Een app zou een soort portaal moeten zijn waar je alles makkelijk en direct kan terugvinden geen eindeloze en waardeloze loop. Veel werk aan de app, maar voor de rest zeer goede service etc…
Werkt echt niet goed
Het aanmeldscherm en de applicatie openen voortdurend in de Franse taal en moet telkens via het menu op NL gezet worden. Betalen vanuit de app resulteert in een eindeloos wachtscherm met de melding dat je betaling verwerkt wordt. Hoogtijd voor een deftige update.
Niet echt geschikt voor iPads
De app ondersteunt blijkbaar geen landscape. Jammer want laat dit nu net de geprefereerde werkmodus zijn voor heel wat iPad-gebruikers. Hopelijk komt er snel een update die aan dit euvel tegemoet komt.
