Le seul vrai problème c’est lors d’un soucis de commande.
Il n’y a pas de liens direct pour annuler ou rembourser
Si la méthode de livraison que vous avez choisi ne fonctionne pas on vous demande de changer vous meme alors que je trouve que se serait a eu de le faire sans votre avis pour trouvé un solution rapide et pas attendre votre réponse.
Et la seul manière de changer c’est de contacter une personne dans un chat (pas évident à trouver)
Pour les personnes qui ne parle pas anglais du tout je ne vous le conseille pas trop car si vous avez le moindre problème vous serez complètement perdu.
Et si je peu vous donner un conseil privilégiez les articles cz plus tot que cn car quand il viennent de chines sa met longtemps à arriver meme si il est dans le stock.
Nul votre service après-vente est incompétent
Votre service après-vente est nul impossible d’envoyer des vidéos la livraison est très très longue j’ai un article qui est cassé qui ne fonctionne pas impossible de le renvoyer c’est vraiment très compliqué votre service après-vente qui est incompétent rien à voir avec le service après-vente d’Amazon d’AliExpress ou bien de chez Temu
