Abonnementskosten

De app zelf is wel oke. Alleen het abonnement niet… ik heb niets van betaling geselecteerd bv. Per week, per maand of per jaar en ineens zie ik dat er voor een jaar is betaald en maar liefst 40€! Voor mij is dit teveel geld.

Het spijt ons te horen dat er verwarring is ontstaan over de abonnementskosten. We bieden abonnementsopties voor 1, 6 en 12 maanden om toegang te geven tot meer dan 700 lessen en alle familieleden. Als u onbedoeld voor een jaarabonnement heeft betaald en dit wilt wijzigen of annuleren, kunt u dit doen via de instellingen van uw iPad of door contact op te nemen met Apple Support. Daarnaast waarderen we uw feedback over de prijsstelling en zullen we deze in overweging nemen voor toekomstige updates. Voor verdere ondersteuning of suggesties, stuur ons alstublieft een bericht via feedback@artworkout.app.
