Subscription Details

Payments are processed through your iTunes Account.
Manage your subscription via Account Settings, where you can adjust your preferences or deactivate auto-renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current cycle ends.

Best Injury Prevention

I started Yoga for BJJ at the same time as starting BJJ two years ago. I’m 35, I train 3 times a week and I do 1-2 of the videos each day (sometimes it’s only 5 minutes and easy to slot into a busy day). I have had no major injuries to prevent me from training, my flexibility is insane, I’m able to breathe through tricky spots with ease and my recovery after competitions is a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone doing BJJ.

Great content and value, but minor airplay issues

Yoga for BJJ is excellent value for money with structured, well thought out, rich content for all skill levels that would be helpful for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, health and well being, but particularly good for grapplers. I love that there is now a native app option. The rehab section is much appreciated and has been very helpful so far. The only reason I haven’t given this app 5 stars is the current iOS app seems to have random drop out issues with AirPlay on 4K Apple TV (v12.3) from my iPhone X (v12.3.1), which obviously isn’t ideal during yoga mid pose.

Great value and content

I’ve done a fair bit of yoga over the years, and I’ve always found a one or the other dichotomy between yoga and Jiujitsu training. The classes are the right length to fit in at home before heading to work, or as a warm up before training.

Loving the rehab section too - my neck and elbows have been pretty beat up lately. The monthly subscription will save me big time on massage and physio. Thanks Sebastian! Keep it coming.
