Subscriptions will be charged through your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription price. You may manage your subscriptions in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during an active subscription period.

Slow and Poor performance
I can confirm this app isnt free for all the features, but you can use its very limited features for free. However, these features didnt work, was extremely difficult to get it to do anything and very slow. Lots of bugs in the app!! I was clicking on the tool box, which is where you can add stickers, etc and it came up once, but after that I could not make it come up again, even when clicking in the icon.
I will be deleteing this piece of rubbish as soon as I complete this review. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This app is NOT Free
This is a monthly or yearly based subscription or payment app, for the thing to work fully you have to subscribe to Kdan on a monthly basis or pay a yearly payment.
When are app developers going to get the message - subscription or yearly payment applications are DEAD in the water (Adobe and Autodesk take note). I personally will not subscribe to ANY subscription platform for any app.
