The app made it easy for anyone to navigate and the added feature of a credit score is a welcomed addition. There does seem to be a few bugs for example, the app closed by itself a couple of times but it wasn’t a big problem as the app continues from where you left off before it closed itself.

Highly recommend for young adults and senior citizens due to how easy and care free the app is.

Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service in and industry like this. To beging with, the support line is only active 10 hours a day, responses are hourly. To have a conversation with these guys it can take you days.

As a lender, these company’s have an obligation to help organise financial plans when struggling to pay by the due date. WAGEPAY REFUSES. In an email I received I was told that once the payment is delayed that is as best as they offer. This is not true. Lenders have an obligation to best assist customers with all financial claims and repayments. For example, MyPayNow let me both delay and go under a 2 month financial plan. Again Wagepay refuses. This is a legal obligation they are breaking & I will take this further unless dealt with promptly.

Our staff are entitled to time off, and regulated working hours. We strive to respond to all queries within an hour to provide timely support. Nowhere is it advertised that our support staff are 24/7.

We understand that extended conversations may take longer, However, if we look back on the email records, we can see that our emails were issued back to you in a timely response and within business hours. If we get a reply outside of Business hours, it’s natural that we won’t be replying at, for example 7:30pm and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

As a we operate alongside the objectives of a responsible lender, we take our obligation to help organise financial plans for customers struggling to pay by the due date very seriously. We have always aimed to offer the best possible assistance within our policies and legal framework.

Regarding your claim about our refusal to help, we apologise if there was any misunderstanding. We do offer the option to delay payments as part of our support measures. However, our policies may differ from those of other companies. While we cannot comment on the practices of other lenders, we are committed to complying with all legal obligations and providing the necessary support to our customers.
