Amazing app and community
As an independent stylist honestly sometimes I’ve got no idea what I’m doing and there’s really no one to reach out to for support.
I got the test version of this app to play with and now get to be apart of the actual version.
It’s so easy to use. It’s actually really straight forward. Extremely customisable. The fact that I can make money without doing anything is really helpful. The products are amazing quality without a hefty price tag. The commission rate is great. The website it creates is really user friendly to use as well.
I love that it gives me access to brands that I wouldn’t of got to before at a discounted rate that I don’t have to waste $10k a yr on ‘brand expectations’ to be ‘allowed’ a wholesale account.
And of course the ever growing supportive community that I wouldn’t of got before hand either.
The unwritten team are amazing. There isn’t a question they haven’t answered or a solution they haven’t come up with.
If you’re an independent looking for a new booking system that can provide you everything under the one platform and help you make money without having to do anything - this is it. And it’s all Aussie. You really can’t go wrong.

I’ve used many salon POS systems and this is by far the best for Indie hairdressers.
The customer support is unlike any other, the simplicity is great and any issues are tended to immediately.
To be able to purchase big brand items with no start up package pricing is just what indie hairdressers need.
They provide regular education on the products they provide and are constantly expanding their product brand range.
Also, to be able to sell products while not having to stock them is a game changer. Direct from warehouse to your customers door, speedy delivery AND you get a commission.
This is the best change I’ve made by far, and I can’t wait to see how it develops in the future.
The only piece of feedback I have is to have options about inventory tracking and financial reports.
It’s an absolute 10/10 for me!
Seriously a game changer in the hair industry!
As a solo hairdresser I can do everything in this app to manage my business! From booking my clients appts and taking their payments…to buying and drop-shipping products to my clients without holding any stock! And I get weekly commission for it! They also have their own Unwritten hair care which is Aussie made & owned. My one stop place for everything.
