I’m very happy with Unimeal. It has great meal plans and recipes and you are not deprived of anything. Based on what I’m allowed to eat it doesn’t feel like a diet. The App gives you prompts / reminders to drink water etc. I choose the fasting 16:8 plan as this works well for me. The nice thing about this plan is that it is made specifically for you. If something isn’t working for you and you mention it on App, your eating plan gets changed to help you. There are also a number of easy exercises starting from 5 minutes and then increasing for people that need an advanced workout. Unimeal is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great results
I got this app for one month. And that was the first time I lose weight, after trying so many diets, and medication and weight loss tablets, I have tried it all. Only with this app I could lose weight. I can chose the ingredients I like and based on that they sent me a personalised day by bay and meal by meal plan. I found it very easy to use and navigate, plus the meals were delicious simple and very easy to make, specially the snacks, my children loved the snacks (soooo healthy)
I really recommend that app if your aim is to lose weight the easy way
