How awesome is it to know what and when you are working right in the palm of your hands. The usability is great, swapping out shifts or picking up extra time works well. Applying for time off is also a breeze and very responsive with instant notification. Well worth investing time to learn all the functionality available to you as a manager or employee.

Truly the worst app I’ve ever used, and unfortunately it’s one I need to use 4+ times a day.
You have to log in every single time you need to use the app, even when you haven’t closed the app and it’s simply been idle for a few minutes. Recently the app has also been crashing every time I open it, meaning I have to force quit and re-open the app several times just to log in. Sometimes when I try to open it it will show the loading screen for 30 seconds or longer with no indication of whether it’s already crashed or is actually loading. Given that clocking in/out is a time-sensitive task, this is unacceptable.
The app also struggles when the user is making changes to their availability (another core function), it gets unbearably laggy or simply crashes when trying to change more than a few days at once.
The app constantly shows that I have notifications, even when I don’t and haven’t for days.
I love my job, but I long for the day where this app actually works as intended or I no longer have to use it.

I don’t know how so many companies make their employees use this app for work it’s honestly terrible. Half the time I’m late to punching in for my shift because the app has logged me out or is buffering for 10 minutes and I have to reset it at least 3 times before it actually lets me in. It’ll randomly crash and give an error screen when all I’ve done is open the app. It will show a loading screen after logging in that won’t go away unless you reset the app. It’ll randomly log me out while I’m in the middle of using it. It takes me over 10 minutes just to check what time my shifts are most of the time because I have to continuously reset and log in to the app. I’ve just started screenshotting my roster so I know my shifts but that doesn’t help when my boss changes one because the notifications sometimes don’t come until 5 hours later and I have to spend 10 minutes trying to get in to the app anyway. The functions on this app would be so great if the app actually worked.
