If you want a daily recurring reminder to send a thank you note to someone else every few days, choose the recurrence based on the completion date and you'll have the flexibility to send that note when it is convenient.
• LOCATION REMINDERS – Need to remember to buy an item or complete a task when you arrive at a certain location? No problem. Drop a pin on that location and Todo Cloud will alert you with the task details when you get there.
• EMAIL TASK CREATION – Log in to the Todo Cloud web client, select settings and copy your custom email address. Then email yourself tasks that are dropped into your Todo Cloud inbox or you can log in to your settings to customize the default location for new tasks.
• SECURE CLOUD SYNC – The Todo Cloud sync reliably backs up your data to our secure cloud seamlessly making it available whether you are working on Mac, Web, iOS or two others.
• SMART LISTS – Create custom lists using filters that organize tasks by any data element in Todo Cloud. Want to see tasks due 4 weeks and beyond? Want to see tasks assigned to a person? Been using for years
We have used this daily for years - it’s fantastic in organising our lives when we often don’t have time to talk to each other. My only issues are occasional sync problems (I create a future dated task, it often lands in my wife’s list for today) and also completed checklist items seem to remain even when the checklist itself and the items are marked as completed (they pop up in searches occasionally, sometimes years later).

Yikes those lingering sync issues are strange and we are sorry you experience those. We have been tracking down the small issues and improving them with every version release. Did you experience the checklist and future dated task issues in this 10.1.7 version? I hope you might be relating a past experience. If not, please confirm and we'll try to hunt down the code that is causing that problem. Thanks for being a subscriber. You won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been using Todo for years and it’s unbeaten in functionality and ease of use. You can now use the cloud across all devices meaning you can catch all tasks no matter where you are or what you are doing. Todo as a tool has helped me become more of a professional and follow through on all the commitments I make in my busy day. It’s truly saved me many times as my brain just can’t remember it all! Stable, reliable, easy to use and practical functionality. Download it. You won’t be disappointed.
Text notes are broken
I would give this app 5 stars, save these issues: Poor: Undo when you accidentally click the wrong task often does not work, despite modern hardware iphoneXs, or ipad pro. You can recover it in the recently modified list though. Hopeless: since the introduction of rich text in the notes, this is not fit for purpose. Your text dances around when you try to select things. Cut and paste brings in formatting you don’t want. Sync issues occur often enough you wouldn’t trust more than 20 lines of text up there. I use apple notes now for notes I need to trust. Bring back plain text please. Ten year paid user.
