Awesome app -Strongly recommend
I stared using this app a couple of months ago. My friend recommended it to me. User friendly interface, great for participate in IPO, I also particularly like the data the app has provided which saves me a lot of time for research. Strongly recommend!!!!! Love it
Enjoying Tiger App but could be better
A lot of hiccups initially but getting better and better! Great work Tiger Brokers! Additional functions are ok, but shouldn’t keep changing display and functions as it’s not user friendly. Also, please don’t reset users previous preferences with each app update. There’s no guide how to get back previous preferences, so it’s troublesome and time wasting to have to contact help centre.
Unwanted notifications
This app sends out so much push notifications throughout the day, even when I have opted out most of the notification types in settings, and only have “system notification” and “fund related notifications” enabled, it still manages to keep sending me notifications on irrelevant ads, news, and community activities, it’s essentially forcing its users to turn off notifications from iOS system settings completely for this app.
