Best organiser app
Over the years, I have looked for ways to keep track of and manage things. This is by far the best app that I have come across. I am so thankful for Taskade!
These are the highlights for me:
- Workspaces: I love how you can organise projects into separate areas. I have one for personal and another for work. Keeps everything really clean.
- Versatility: It’s much more than a todo app. I use it for shopping lists, keeping a work log, bookmarking online shopping items, moving house.
- Device Syncing: Thank you for having both Mac and iOS versions. This is so important these days. Everything syncs instantly. And since I have separate workspaces, if I remember something I need to do for personal while using my work computer, I can still add it to my personal list and vice versa, comfortably knowing that it will be available on my phone and personal computer.
- Templates: There are loads of built-in templates, but you can also create your own. I have created my own template for a weekly work log.
Thank you Taskade! An Apple Watch app would be the icing on the cake!
Help :(
Firstly the support services are not that great- they don’t help. I recently deleted my account because Taskade was glitching (deleting every change I made and stuff) and decided to log back in/sign up with that email. It says that that email is in use and when I try to log in- it says wrong password even though I had it written down etc. I do to ow what to do. When u try log in with another email the same thing happens.
Brilliant
This little app does so much more than expected at first glance. The taskade team has been impressively taking suggestions from users and improving the product. I was even contacted from the CEO. Imagine that, a company that actually contacts you after leaving a comment about the product. Great work john.
I’m looking forward to seeing where this goes with continued polishing.

The Mac version for the MacBook is so good. Heaps faster to use. Well worth diving into all the setting. Brilliant for managing lots of workers in out construction projects. Add photos and comments to your list of tasks. Set step by step tasks gaunt chart style.
I can see this app replacing Microsoft program for basic users.
Can’t say enough about it.
