Ratings and Reviews

Texnewb ,

Absolutely does not work

I use tampermonkey on Chrome and Firefox (FOR FREE) and it works 100%.

I PAID for it on Mac for Safari and it DOESN'T WORK.

Works great

This is a must-have for me. I use it to make handy little tweaks to often used webapps and to take control over the content I am exposed to. Don't like "a thing"? that's okay– change it with Tamper Monkey.

Sophistoche ,

Doesn't work as advertised due to Safari limitations.

The app description should have a large disclaimer that TamperMonkey is completely unable to function on sites with strict Content Security Policy settings, as Safari itself prevents any user scripts from running. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew this in advance. I don't blame the dev for the limitation but it should be made clear in advance.
