This Tabata Timer offers:

Fantastic app. Makes for a great workout

I started HIT training a few months ago and this app is fantastic. I downloaded quite a few similar apps and had a look at their features and chose this one.
Features I like are :

- A voice can read your program and tell you your next exercise a few seconds ahead of time.
- there is a countdown sound near the end of your time so you know when you are finishing up
- you can save multiple programs and out a different color for each one for easy memory.
- you can copy a program. This makes it easy if you always have 7 exercises for the same amount of time with a rest in between as it makes it much faster to setup programs. You don’t have to set up all the rest steps and the timings.
- you can add music.

I have setup a cardio program, strength program and an abs and back program.

If I work out and have my headphones connected to my phone I never have to even look at the phone for what comes next.

I have the paid version of the app and find it easily worth it but you can download the free version check it out and it has a lot of the features here.

Interval Training Made Easy

I like to use the 8/12 interval training technique as researched and proven most effective by the Australian Institute of Sport, and this Tabata Trainer app makes it really easy to do it. I use different sounds to know when to run and when to walk, so I don’t have to think about anything other than pressing the Start button. I downloaded other similar apps before finding this one, and none of those let me choose the 8/12 routine, which was most annoying. Therefore I was ecstatic to find this app. And did I mention it’s free? FREE!! Most free apps assault you with ads or limited features, but not Tabata Trainer. Thank you for this fitness and weight loss godsend. I use it almost daily.
