Got Roadside Assist optional cover on your Comprehensive Car policy?
You’ll see a new banner and info page detailing the cover, plus an easy way to call for help straight from the Suncorp Insurance App.
This update also includes:
• the ability to check for updates on eligible active motor claims with Scout via the “Get live update” button in claim details,
• a new tappable policy update banner on the Documents page for eligible policies,
• minor bug fixes.

App that has rarely worked!
Downloaded as instructed when first told to. Worked for approx 2 weeks & then nothing. Deleted, reinstalled, nothing. Lost all speedy visual access to our insurances with the error message appearing each time! Not good enough at all!
Update: finally after four phone calls/emails, and being shifted around to different people/sections, a fabulous female was able to help straight up. If you're lucky you will get her straight away & the issues will be gone.
