Description
Simple SVN Server is a simple app that lets you setup and run your own SVN (Subversion) service instantly.
With Simple SVN Server, you can setup a SVN server in one minute!
Here are the steps:
1. Launch Simple SVN Server.
2. Create a SVN repository.
3. Start the SVN service.
4. Hooray! You can access the SVN service now!
Simple SVN Server supports the "svn://" protocol and listens on port 3690.
Note: Authentication is not available in Simple SVN Server, so all reads / writes are anonymous, please use this app in a closed LAN where everybody is friendly.

So you’ll pay with your time. The help litterally says there is no help available. They charge A$11 for a more featured version, but I recommend getting the free one, and then setting up your repos with the excellent XVersion.
As soon as you have setup a repo on your the machine that runs the Simple SVN Server, you can then access it over lan going like svn://10.0.0.122/myNewRepo and check that out.
Not very obvious and a bit confusing (the repo tab in prefs doesn’t work really). Devs could be more specific in app description and say you need a separate client app to create repos on the server first. (Connecting to the svn://ipadress/ to try and create a repo obviously doesn’t work).
Lost a bit of time due to that, but hope this review saves you some time.
With this and XVersion you as a combination you can really have a $25 inside-LAN svn solution for life. You pay that to bitbucket in about 2 months!
