No documentation how to instal anywhere

After purchasing this app and it did not work I went to their website for some basic setup instructions and found nothing. Worst experience, and I wasted now an hour to try to figure this out - THIS SHOULD NOT happen.

Can't get to work under Big Sur or Ventura

No help, no instructions and no clue how to get this to work - I was keen to add a folder of aliases to commonly used apps but no idea how to do it - can't find any instructions anywhere Deleted after 10 minutes of trying to work out how it owrks...

I use this all the time when opening files. Neat and simple, but a great idea. And a responsive developer.
