Scoot Mobile 4+

There is no vegetarian meal options when I purchased scoot plus via Scoot App.
That’d be helpful if the website indicates which meal is vegetarian or/and vegan and the options are friendly (not just only one choice). As a vegetarian who paid the extra money but we have very limited options that is really upset.

I was offered an upgrade on a flight for a cost that I paid for, and I was told that my original seat and extra luggage costs would be refunded. All I had to do was submit the receipt to Scoot via the app. Other travellers were offered the same deal. Scoot has refused to refund me, they have not responded to any feedback forms, they closed my case over email without any acknowledgment from me, people in the help chats on WhatsApp and Facebook refuse to help. A lovely person on the phone said he believed my story because I was able to give very detailed information about my interactions with the crew members, but that he did not have the power to refund me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company before. I have never been refused a refund offered by a company, I have never been ignored on so many channels. I have been accused of being a liar and Scoot refuses to acknowledge the deal offered by their crew. I have another flight booked with them this year and I wish I could cancel it. I never want to fly with them again. But of course Scoot has made sure that its customers have no power when they break their word. My flight was also delayed for over 3 hours with no compensation. Avoid this company if you can! Check out reviews online and see that so many people have experienced the same problems - being ignored, refunds refused, poor customer service.

I use this app for more than two years and is really helpful but last few weeks when i open the app i can’t click anywhere. Everything is totally frozen!! It only works if i uninstall and reinstall it but it only works once. Then it’s frozen again!! I use it on my iPhone 8 Plus and never had this experience again. I really wanna use this app as already have booked tickets and might need to manage my flight soon!
