Screen Sharing
Works beautifully, just what I wanted. Lightweight and seamless. Mouse movement a little slow and jerky but that’s OK. Can open and run apps and also shut down the remote machine when finished.
Just works
It's a wrapper for the built in VNC viewer that comes with your mac WITH ONE ADDITION:
You can release your mouse from the VNC window, meaning you can control more than one machine at a time without disconnecting. Can't do that with the built-in VNC client (last tested in Ventura, Sonoma).
Just a front for the built in Screen Sharing App
This just launches the Screen Sharing App which is built into Mac OS.
There aren't any extra features or benefits of using this App over the built in App.
