I don't talk about the service of the company but I must say that there support team is active. Female name Zeenat is very helpful. I had some issues with the payment transfer, she took it personally and out of all the team are the ones who responsibly resolve the issue and call me back to let me know. I must say she deserves the promotion out of all the team members. She is the one who has retained around 9 clients today.
And all these stars are only for her services.

I have made over 10 transactions with this app, but none of them has been completed before 24 hours and you always need to send them emails for them to complete the transaction.

I made a transaction on 14 March 2024 and as at 17 March as I write this review it has still not been completed. I have sent so many emails and they actually copy and paste the older emails to me. I even asked them to cancel and send my money back since it’s an urgent transfer but they didn’t do that.

This transfer was made after they called me four times within the last two months to explain that they don’t delay in completing transactions anymore. But they obviously still delay. Please for your own peace of mind don’t use this app. Don’t be deceived! There are other apps with higher rates!
