Logs out constantly

The app keeps logging me out, then needs two factor authentication to work. Two factor is just not necessary for a fast food app, and it means if I’m using my other phone I can’t get the password. It has also deleted my payment, and Apple’s autofill doesn’t work so I have to enter it manually. I ended up ordering over the counter because it’s just unusable.

Not great. Would rather pay a bit more and use UberEats

Pretty ordinary App. Not all stores in the local area are available as options on the App, even though they are already on UberEats. The store available in my area is at a large truck stop and they have a reputation for being pretty slack even when ordering in store. Quality of food is really hit and miss, which is surprising as it’s not usually the case with RR. Orders are delivered by DoorDash drivers and they are notoriously terrible. There’s a reason I refuse to use DoorDash. Order always late, the drivers seem to just sit there for 10 minutes after they have collected the order (no idea if this is accurate though). Could be a DoorDash issue, but still not good enough. In many cases there is no price difference between ordering via UberEats and the RR App. I’d rather pay a small delivery fee with UE’s and get food from a RR store I know won’t stuff up my order, take 3 times longer, and deliver cold food. I’ve submitted feedback and complaints before and never had any response from RR. What’s the point in having feedback functionality if RR don’t follow up. Won’t use the App ever again.

App user experience is worse than in person

This review speaks to the whole customer experience as an app user. Summary of issues…

- Limited customizations (no extra salt on chips etc.)
- No drive through option for pickup (you only find this out after paying)
- ‘Ready for pickup’ time is not realtime
- Drive through & counter orders are prioritized over App orders.

All this to say the App user experience is far worse than drive through or even walk in ordering. I waited 20mins after my order was supposedly ’ready for pickup’ while watching an endless stream of cars flow through as well as a few walk ins that came in, ordered the same thing as me & walked out well before my order was ready. I questioned it & they explained that basically just work through the online orders when they can get to it. In no other fast food places are orders prioritized like that.
