RectLabel Pro is for a long time use and different from the standard RectLabel for 2 points.
- The license can be bought by one-time payment. And the license corresponds to volume purchases.
- There are no network connections because there are no in-app purchases. To check the in-app purchases state, usually developers connect to their own server.

- Added "Create memo" feature on Edit menus. You can add text memo to each image and can be used for searching.
- Improved "Resize images" so that it does not resize the image if the image size is not changed.
Ratings and Reviews
Best labeling tool
Works really well. By all means, the tool is not perfect but it is still the best one out there. Also, contacted developer for new features who happyly took it onboard and implemented it.
A bit flakey
The app did not save my annotations, the tool requires, lots of mouse navigation and clicking to work - not ideal for labelling 100s of images.

Update:
In the "Create polygon using SAM" mode, after clicking points to draw each object shape, you have to press an enter key and select the object name. Then, you can save annotations.
