Keep track of your event rental items and orders with our easy-to-use platform. The RW Elephant App is a companion to your RW Elephant account. Start with our web-based software at www.rwelephant.com. Once you’ve got your account up and running, use this app to help you keep things going smoothly whenever you’re away from your desk.
CREATE & EDIT ITEMS
Snap a great pic, add a fabulous new item, or make a change to a piece already in your curated collection.
EDIT ORDERS
Change line items, quantities, and send quick emails to your clients right from the app. Use the app to edit orders in your warehouse, at a venue walk-through, or anywhere you need to make a speedy change.
CREATE WISHLISTS
Put together a wishlist on-the-fly so you can keep track of what Items your clients want even if you aren’t in front of your computer.
DELIVERY CHECKLISTS
Use Pull, Load, Delivery, Pickup and Restock Checklists to keep your crew on the same page as they organize, deliver, and retrieve orders. You can even use the App to have Clients sign-off onsite acknowledging receipt of their rentals or recognition of damages.

It’s good but could be better
Look I love RW Elephant. It’s a great system they have and seriously all round good people. I understand some of the limits they have with the computer and app. But sometimes the app creates more work than just jumping on a computer. If I create a wishlist it has no options for editing all the dates. If I input the event time it will auto fill all the other dates and times with when I created the wishlist which creates more work when I jump on the computer. I can’t change a document from proposal to confirmed :’( like today I left my laptop at work and a customer is wanting to get the ball rolling but I can’t confirm it until I go and get my laptop. I can’t log in via my mobile even on chrome. So that’s a bit annoying. In a world we’re we are more mobile than ever I really don’t want to be carrying my laptop everywhere. Inbetween jobs I can’t make significant changes and send confirmed bookings because there isn’t s capacity to unless I’m at home or at the warehouse.
Where the app thrives is when it’s time to do jobs and you gotta pull and deliver. You can tell that’s where all the hard work has been put into because it works great. I can see it’s geared more towards the warehouse and delivery drivers but I’m small businesses you do wear all the hats so being able to do 95% of what you can do on the desktop should be available in your hands 🤷🏾♂️ that’s what we pay for.
