George and Ry best service
We have never signed up to a app or platform in our life. George came down in person explained the value of Podium to us and now he is part of the family. Did the onboarding with Ry and George and honestly above and beyond service from a tech company. Cannot wait to have this software part of our business at tuners edge.
App doesn't work, podium support is shocking
App loads with a blank screen and nothing happens. Every time you open the app, you have to login again, it doesn't save your login details... support from them it's way below any support I've received from any company. They don't even use their own system to provide support, you have to sit and wait on chat for someone to talk to you, and when they do, it takes 1hr and 15 mins between replies. For the amount of money these guys charge, they should have a support person sitting at your office to troubleshoot your issues, what a joke of a company to deal with, stay as far away as possible from them if you can. Every time you need support, all you get is, sorry our system doesn't do that, but we will pass your feedback to our team.
All in one - Platform
The Podium platform is great, it has incorporated all my messaging services and customer review platforms all in one place.
To manage them all from Podium makes it simple, and in doing so saves time 🕦 and money 💰.
