When I try to log in it says I cannot be serviced. I don’t know if there’s an issue with the app but otherwise it’s not working

Drama on first login
Even though I find drama entertaining this was a bit to much. Hoped in a room from the introduction and the entire lobby was in a fight over some dude being an supposed pedo and making underaged girls cry, who was bragging for having multiple accounts because he gets banned a lot.
People weren’t able to have fun until it was solved.
This went on for a hour. Many reports later he didn’t leave until some lady had a savage go at him. Would be good if we could call for admin assistance in times like these.
The age requirement is misleading.
App says for 17 and older however when I set my birthdate which is my age is 17 it says I don’t meet requirements. I assume its for 18 and older but on app store it says 17+
