An Ok App.
While it is an ok and functional app, it can do with some improvements.
- The App keeps randomly logging out after use. And doesn’t remain logged in like other apps when I close it.
- It takes a little too long to navigate. Particularly the barcode for the rewards. Especially at the time that I need it most. Combined with the logging out issue, I end up giving up on the rewards because it takes too long to log in to the app, search for the rewards barcode and scan it. By this stage, the cashier has already totalled my order, waiting for payment, and the queue had backed up enough for me to just pay and go.
Good app but needs some updates
Like others the app randomly logs me out but generally I can get logged in reasonably easily.
There is an issue with accessing the account settings esp. if using an iPhone with a Dynamic Island. This suggests that the app hasn’t been written to effectively utilise Apple’s frameworks when it comes to screen handling.
Would be great to see a refresh of the app.
Good rewards, bad app
Who doesn’t enjoy free coffee and not having to carry another card around with them? Unfortunately the app is in need of a lot of work. On newer iPhones the app doesn’t respect the unusable area at the top and bottom of the screen so accessing some of the features can be frustrating. Apple login doesn’t work. It also randomly logs you out and doesn’t integrate with Keychain so you have to manually type your password in. Because of this I have missed out on rewards. Please upgrade the app!
