Can't access the app with my new iphone
I've been using Moneygram for 7 years but since I had my new iphone 14 pro max, it is not letting me to access the app anymore. It always giving me a white page with a sad cloud face with note "It's not you, it's us. Moneygram system is down. Please check back soon." And it's almost over a year now still it's giving me that same thing. What is going on? I never had this problem before whenever I change iphone and I am still able to access Moneygram app from my old phones. I cannot bring my old phones with me all the time so I can access Moneygram wherever I am. Is anyone experiencing the same? What should I do? This is very disappointing!
Fantastic and cheaper to send online
MoneyGram is honestly the cheapest way for me to send money overseas to my family. The other services I’ve used in the past such as WesternUnion or Ria just wasted my money in send fees. If I really think about all the money I could of saved doing the transactions with moneygram back then. Anyways Love the app very easy to understand and my family overseas receives there money instantly. The rates are good but I know this is wishful thinking but can you make the rates even better. That would be amazing.
App and website needs improvement
I am stuck at the login page even after entering password multiple times. I am keying in the right password and after pressing login it just spins and goes back to login with all the info prefilled.
Doesn’t even notify is the login worked or failed.
