MEXC-Buy & Sell Bitcoin 12+

The futures trading area is a mess. I was messing around with 200x leverage just to see where it goes with amounts of no more than 1-2usdt and due to the poor placement of the percentage slider, put way more money in than intended.

Was using Bybit for a 2 weeks and made $400 profit from that, decided to try out this exchange as I had heard good things and imagine my surprise when after 2 days, I ended up placing trades in futures with 200x leverage with 1-2usdt, and instead when i tapped the long button, the percentage slider was pressed at the same time due to the apps poor design and ended up losing well over $1500 due to these people apparently wanting users to accidentally loose all their money. Until they fix this or add an option to remove the slider, I recommend that nobody use this app as it was a speedrun from me making a large amount of money to suddenly losing a large chunk of money that I have slowly been building over the last 2 years. Thanks guys! A refund should be deserved due to it being entirely their fault.

What an absolute breath of fresh air following a series of failed attempts to find a cex app that is actually functional. Not only is it functional, the interface beats or is on par to anything (basic game apps included) that I’ve used under the IOS banner. The only disturbing thing is why other exchanges have not put in this kind of effort to ensure customer satisfaction when they continue to boast that this is their main premise. To be fair MEXC probably doesn’t yet have the kind of customer volume of those other less reliable apps but it is thus far performing better than any of those other apps ever did, and that in itself is promising. Thank you thank you thank you.

Wallets are down all the time and you can't make any deposits. Worst experience ever. Don't bother contacting the customer service because they just gonna tell you to wait and turn on the reminder. It can take years too. Joke of an app. Removed for good and withdrew all my funds. Every time you open the wallet you have cross out their promotion offers even after ticking "no more reminders for the day" . I just wanna check a crypto's price that's not listed anywhere else, but no, they wanna shove their offers in your face that you are not interested in and you gotta tell them 5 times a day to not to show any stupid promotions. Notification reminder can't be turned off no matter what, it will always come every seven days. I don't have enough words to describe how much I hate this useless app that's nothing more than a website full of viruses.
