Personally as a Japan tour guide there is always more to show and share about Japan. Love it!
My last trip of 14 days to Japan were unforgettable and I cherish every moment of it. Retrospectively I would have chosen a later date in April to ensure a warmer weather . But I maintain that small group tour is the key to flexibility of schedule and variety of excursions according to age and preferences.
Paying a great deal of money for continual problems
This app is a fantastic idea, but I really cannot fathom where my money is going. I’ve had to delete the app and redownload several times since starting a group and have to tell new group member to keep deleting and downloading because they have issues seeing and booking activities.
Creating events can be a complete nightmare. I’ve been trying to create an event for the past 24 hours now and my edits keep on being deleted, I’m now unable to see the draft at all, and the meetup app (not organisers) has removed my entire profile.
Gaaaahhhhhh paying a lot of money for a real painful time.

Absolutely appalling
I’ve been trying to use this app at my events to manage attendees since it was first released. There are never ending glitches. The latest is when marking an attendee as ‘paid’, the event fee transfers to the Money Page as $0.08 no matter what the actual event fee is. Dealing with the Support Team is an exercise in frustration - simply rote replies showing no understanding of the software and asking for information already provided. Just stick with the website for managing your attendees and events to avoid frustration and extra work.
