Fantastic platform

I have been using KuCoin for a year now and really like their platform. Everything I need is there: spot, futures, P2P trading,... The user interface is friendly and easy to use. Currently, platform offers nearly 700 cryptocurrencies. Very low trading fees, and you can get 20% off on trading fees when paying fees with KCS. Low withdrawal fee - $0,5 for USDT. KYC is not required. Besides, one important thing is that KuCoin has high security. I highly recommend!

Futures recent update

Great app and trusted. Just an update issue, In the recent update, whenbyou set an Stoploss for a position, you cannot see how much you will loss anymore. Seems you should tap the stoploss in the position again, enter tge stoploss again to see. I think there is a bug and please fix it soon.

DO NOT USE KUCOIN!!

WARNING!! Do not use KuCoin!
The app is unstable and crashes regularly.
When this happens you will be unable to access your trades, and cannot buy and sell. This has led me to lose money several times.
KuCoin has terrible customer service, and do not care about their customers!
The last two times their app crashed, they refused to acknowledge the issue the first time as I did not have “a screenshot as proof”, (I still have no idea how someone is supposed to have a screenshot of an app crash???).
And the most recent time the app crashed they acknowledged that it was their fault, which had stopped me being able to access my trades and sell my positions, but only offered 15% reimbursement for my loss with the caveat that I do not sue.
This required me writing to them several times, and threatening legal action.
I have used most crypto exchanges, and KuCoin is by far one of the worst, if not the worst.
I would even go so far as too call their business practices questionable…
