iCouncil lets you interact with your Council any time, easily.
TechnologyOne’s iCouncil app makes interacting with your Council simple. Install the app and you’ll be able to quickly report problems to your Council such as dumped rubbish, potholes, graffiti and damaged infrastructure.
Work for a Council? You’ve never been more mobile.
If you work for a Council using TechnologyOne Property & Rating, you can use iCouncil to access key information. Information including people, properties, animals and applications can be viewed on an iPhone or iPad at any time, instantly.
When you’re in the field, use the "Near Me" function within iCouncil to see a map view of properties, animals and applications around you.
iCouncil also offers Councils the ability to perform Inspections to assist in the enforcement of local government regulations.

Absolute garbage.
Light text on a light background??? Ridiculous. Clunky, unintuitive, horrible user interface. The report/email template is over encumbered.

Was great. Doesn’t work anymore.
App crashes when you try to upload a report and the camera comes up black when selected. Tried to report to developer but their website seems unhelpful and no obvious place to report issues. Offered crowd assistance or something but I really can’t be bothered to try and find an answer for the broken app. Hopefully they’ll see this and fix it. Was great and I used it lots.
Must use iPhone default Mail app
This seemed like a great app, but when I tried to submit a problem report for the first time I found out that the app requires you to use the default iPhone Mail app. There is no way to submit a report unless you have configured the Mail app. I assume many people, like me, have chosen not to use the default Mail app for their own reasons, so why doesn't the iCouncil app without it?
