Humanforce Work is our newly enhanced mobile experience, covering all your manager and employee roster and shift-driven needs.
Work enables employees (end users) to:
- See their schedule including rosters, blackouts periods, leave and public holidays
- Clock in and out, view their timesheets and payslips
- Manage leave and availability
- Bid on and accept Shift Offers
- View and manage Notifications
- View Noticeboards
- Update personal employment details
Work enables employers (managers and admins) to:
- Authorise timesheets
- Approve leave
- Manage attendance
- Offer shifts
- Share important notifications
In addition to the smart new features above, Humanforce Work provides enhanced performance, a beautifully redesigned user interface (UI), improved roster management and the ultimate place to stay on top of your work schedule. Before using Humanforce Work, check with the Humanforce Administrator at your company whether this is the app they prefer you to use.

Version 1.14.0
Introducing multi-language support (Spanish and Portuguese), improvements to password requirements and fixes to login issues. We have updated the timesheets screens to make it more user friendly, to add additional fields such as providing pay breakdowns and additional shift information including event details.

Doesn't stay login - SSO login
The Humanforce Work app is a disappointment compared to the previous version. While the app claims to have a "newly enhanced mobile experience", the reality is quite the opposite.
One of the major issues is the login process. The app requires users to constantly re-login using SSO, which is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. The app's user-friendliness has also taken a step back. The previous version appears to have been more intuitive and easier to navigate, whereas the current "enhanced" app feels clunky and unintuitive.
The developers need to focus on improving the login process, ensuring stability, and enhancing the overall user experience. Until these issues are resolved, the app is not recommended for users who require a reliable and user-friendly workforce management solution. Use the previous version and it does the same job - in a better way.

We have tested the SSO functionality extensively, and it appears to be working correctly on our end. However, the issue might be related to your company's SSO configuration. Please contact your manager so they can log a support request with us, so we can investigate this further.
Can’t login
Was great when it used to work, but then it started logging out after every session and now you can’t login at all

I can't lock in
I normally use this app everyday but suddenly can't lock in. I'm not sure what happened, I already changed password but still can't lock-in
