No iPhone X support? It’s been a year and half since it has come out not including beta!! Please update the app to take advantage of the screen size!
Other than that I can’t the app has been fine.. not great but fine. You could do so much better!!
Give us a little more than “bug fixes” please!!
Don’t waste yr money
Only tapped one star would like to tap nil. I bought this system 3 yrs ago and have spent as much on technicians as the system costs to try to get it up and running. I had to replace modem top of the range nighthawk wouldn’t connect then had to change modem for NBN Tp link c9 router wouldn’t connect. Finally got it connected but couldn’t get it to connect remotely, now have a new iPhone 8 and can’t connect at all comes up with the notification “ allow location access” on the new ph I press ok it takes me to the area and there is no location access to click on. All up approx $1200 spent on a useless piece of equipment. Ps the picture quality is I would say 1 pixel
Very disappointed
Ok can’t access camera’s whilst connected to mobile network it keeps telling me check network but can hotspot off my phone to iPad asked help desk to help sort it out but keep telling me it’s not there problem it’s the service provider or modem I have checked all of this and they still won’t help sort this problem out .it all worked when I first set it up years ago now it won’t send notification motion sensor doesn’t set alarm off will never buy another and don’t recommend to anyone
