- Networking: instant messaging with delegates, exchange of digital business cards, access to attendee lists.
- Interactivity: voting, submit questions, take surveys,
- Content and Logistics: documents, virtual library, create personal agendas and bookmarks notes, speaker profiles.

Version 2.32.7
- Notifications that appear in the app when changes are made to the content or navigation can now be disabled.
- When enabled for the live session, app users will now be able to switch on closed captions to see simultaneous subtitles for the in-person live session.
- Various performance and user interface improvements for representatives using the Lead capture functionality.
- When taking notes, the Share button is now visible from the start, before saving a note.
