• Tap ‘Already a customer’ and enter your credit or debit card number or customer number
• Tap and scan your Emirates ID
• Do the face scan as prompted – to ensure that only you have access to your account
• You’re done! Now you can start banking anywhere, anytime.

Rubbish?
- Doesn’t render to various screen sizes
- Functionality is poor. Can’t transfer funds
- Customer service is next to nil, been trying for 12 months to update my address
- Don’t better emailing them for help they don’t respond.
If it looks like rubbish, works like rubbish, it probably is rubbish! Find someone who knows what they are doing to fix this rubbish.

What bugs did you fix?
Still cannot transfer between my own FAB accounts!! Get some professional app developers to fix this mess.
