Spam that you can’t get rid of!
After not using the app for a while I opened it to have a browse, then the spam emails started after only opening the app and browsing. The spam emails don’t always have an unsubscribe button, those that do take you to a website to unsubscribe which achieves nothing as I continued to receive their spam after attempting to unsubscribe 3 times.
I have deleted my account and removed the app, pity, as the clothing looked nice.

Never got items!
Ordered over $1500 worth of outfits and did not receive one item. Have had no response from anyone ! I’m now trying to get my money refunded. Nothing but stress and frustration. Customer service in non existent!
Very poor service
I purchased 2x shirts and only 1 arrived after about 3 months. I sent a email to Dress Lilly and no response. 2 weeks later I sent another email, no response. That was months ago and still no hint of acknowledgement at all.
I'm deleting my account and friends I have spoken to have had similar experiences and have urged me to to the same as they have. I don't need to be asked twice to never deal with Dress Lilly again. The worse online service I have received in 20 years of online purchasing.
