24/7 battery sucker
After a recent update it started sucking up my battery even though I wasn’t using it or even in range of my Bluetooth tool. Swiped the app away so it wasn’t running in background but continued to show up in settings under battery as running in background 24/7 and the app with the highest battery usage. Tried logging out but wasn’t any use. Had to uninstall the app.
Useless
The company let you pay for the pricy battery and provide them with your personal info and have to accept them to send you “Promotional Information” in order to sign up before using the app. Stop being greedy. So inconvenient.
Logging in is half the problem
Buggy right from the start.
No apparent customer service or help desk.
Inability to log on after registering email address and system telling me my email address isn’t registered yet states email address already taken when I try to redo my registration.
