Datacom MyPay 4+

App constantly hangs. If you change your phone/tablet, you aren’t really told you need to deactivate all services for this app associated with the device before moving over.
App supports TouchID but not FaceID. If you accidentally enable the TouchID feature on the app and you have a recent iPhone, your app will instantly crash on start, causing you to delete it, redownload it, contact HR to remove all device associations and then finally logging back in.
For an app that is supposed to make accessing pay/leave information easy, it’s rather horrible to use. Hoping the devs from Datacom are working to improve the app because at the moment it’s more hassle than it’s worth

Nice and simple uncluttered UI, easy to learn, but a few bugs.

1. Opening the ‘GROSS PAY’ drop down shows two lines of text, one blue and one green. If the blue line is to long it ends up printing over top of the green text making it unreadable.

2. Similar to the first bug, the ‘VIEW YOUR LATEST PAYSLIP’ drop downs have clipping issues. When opening the three drop downs ‘GROSS PAY’, ‘DEDUCTIONS’, and ‘NETPAY’ the information from the first and second will push the third off the page.

3. In the ‘NOTIFICATIONS’ tab there is the ability to view a list of previous payslips, selecting any of these payslips will take you to the ‘VIEW YOUR LATEST PAYSLIP’ screen, resulting in you having to manually sift through your payslips to find the one you just selected.

4. Not really a bug, but a missing feature or implemented feature that I’ve yet to find.
The ability to open and view your payslips without having to email them to yourself. Currently the information is compressed down and only shows some select parts of your payslip, omitting superannuation, payperiod, Loan Repayments, etc.

Recently having being switched to using this app because of the company i work for makes these inconveniences standout even more, a small amount of polish and this app could shine.

This app is absolutely one of the worst apps ever invented is not working I have uninstalled and installed it 10 times I have change my password 10 times and you get to the login stage and it just freezes I have updated my phone to the current iOS and this still problems no one can fix these issues I am having and I am unable to retrieve my timesheets.
I do not recommend this it’s only a nightmare
