Great OBD App

I have had this app for over 12 months and I really love it, especially the custom gauges. I am only using a cheap $17 OBD2 reader and it works fantastic even with this cheap reader. I researched through all the apps for about 3 months before making my choice and the dash Cmd is by far the best and it is the best for compatibility with most of the OBD2 readers available and there are no ongoing in app costs. Only negative is you could have more choices to customise the look of the gauges. Other than that it is a good choice.

CarPlay support would make this perfect

I’ve been using this app since it first appeared. Heavily customised to suit my needs, and very happy with the interface - but I’ve changed to a vehicle with CarPlay, and no phone mount.

I’d love to see the development of CarPlay attributes in this great app - but until then, I’ll have to make do with another OBD2 app that offers (very basic) CarPlay functionality.

So to the developers: any chance of this addition?

Used on several makes and it works well

I have checked European vehicles and several Japanese cars. Great feedback on the gauges which makes it more than just a fault detection and works on elm low cost interfaces. Only problem I have seen is pre 2014 Hyundai i20 would not detect or read.
