App kept crashing and couldn’t load. Required reinstallation.
Due to patchy internet connection on Coles’ mobile network, the app straight up wouldn’t log me in, which was understandable, BUT after several attempts to access my account, the app simply crashed whenever I tried to open it. After mobile connection had been restored back to normal, the app still refused to load and simply crashed. I had to delete and reinstall the app to make it work again. Lame.

Sent me in to an inescapable maintenance screen loop
What an annoying experience. Got part way through process of switching on facial recognition and I got a maintenance screen from which I could not exit. If I tried to go back a screen to exit the app it would flash up the prior screen and then immediately go back to maintenance, where there was no X or other way to tap and exit. Only way out was to swipe it shut. Before the maintenance screen loop commenced, I had made multiple attempts to get the verification link by text and by email. Neither arrived until HOURS later, by which time I’d given up and deleted the app. I am about to try once more.
Rude customer service
The app is useless! It would not let me add more credit even after closing and opening more than 3 times so I decided to call for help. The first person I spoke to was polite and told me add my card details on the actual website and try that way and call back if I had issues. Did as told and tried multiple times on Safari and app and still had issues. Called back and another person helped but was passive aggressive and told me to do it on my end next time. Ordered another sim from another network and will be changing in a few days.
