Simple, But Saves Time.
One can do all the cleaning manually, but the app collects relevant Xcode files info in one view and allows you to clean/delete irrelevant/old files.
The most useful feature is that the app windows (click on the section header to expand) shows the title info of the file (e.g. iOS 12.1) rather than the ID (long series of numbers and characters that shows up in Finder, where another file, data, has the info). This feature alone can save you considerable time.
If the developer can add a bit more visual 'candy' (currently all plain b/w text) the app will look and feel more pleasant.
