I keep getting an unauthorised message when I want to open my messages. I do not know how to contact the company and get support with this. It is very annoying because I have people replying to my messages and I cannot open their responses. I have already deleted the app once and reinstalled it and now it's doing it again. The message says, 'you are not authorised to perform this action. please try again or contact Support if the error persists'

We’ve found platform is like having one big global salon , your never alone with platform there’s always someone there to help you with a situation,colour,cutting,long hair ,short hair or even business, we’ve all been there there’s nothing we haven’t heard or dealt with before, we joined and I’m 12,000 miles away .

I’m in a group where we are posting a lot of videos explaining things, usually around 10 mins long, and any time I try to watch a video through the app I can only watch for a minute or two before the video just exists as if I pressed the x in the top corner and I have to start from the beginning, scroll to roughly where I was before it crashes again shortly after. I have not checked if it works on the website but being on the move a lot I would much prefer the app. It took me half an hour to get through a ten minute video which is what has led me to writing this review. Please fix this asap as the app is unusable for me in my circumstance.
