Cashpassport

I have just travelled around America & Canada, and this card made life very easy for me. I was a solo traveller, and actually loaded a few different cards in case this one let me down. But I needn’t have worried, as the cashpassport performed perfectly from the start to the finish of my adventures. I could move money from currency to currency when needed, without any hassles. I highly recommend with card for your travel✨ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Poor

Extremely poor platform. I told my local bank when I got the card what country’s I would be going to and what days. 2 days into my trip they randomly paused my account and a dinner payment declined as I was trying to pay. The next day I got onto them and they said there was a payment from Hawaii they didn’t know about (after I had used it there the day before) but I never got notified about them pausing it. I had to call up Then when I got to Canada I could not upload any money I was stuck at a bar with a tab I could not pay. Once I had spent an hour on the phone they finally let me upload money but in $150 dollar increments. Very poorly constructed system I do not recommend.. after approximately 6 days it got sorted I once again needed more money it would not upload. I highly recommend an alternative this is a terrible service

Biggest waste of time!

Hi all,

If you have already bought this card but haven’t put any serious money into it yet. Don’t do it!

While plenty here will say the exchange rate is good… it’s not. The fee you pay to transfer your money on, combined with the few cents you lose in exchange rate is ridiculous! Don’t get sucked in by the so called easiness in initial setup!

Also when the time comes you want to take money from the card back to your normal bank account the exchange rate is horrible! I was losing 10 cents on the dollar to convert my money back! I didn’t have much money to transfer back but lost $150 just for the privilege of having my own money! What a joke!

Don’t bother calling the “support line” it’s a joke as well. They just deflect, and give you the runaround talking BS the whole time. This goes for disputes and transfer issues. Especially if you have issues while overseas. The fees you’ll pay to your phone company due to the privilege of being on hold for so long while “they find an available supervisor” is a joke. And they’ll just repeat the same BS the first person gave you.

Don’t even bother. Do your research, so many better options out there. These people are a joke
