Base Map

Can we get an update to the base map so it shows house numbers just like the website version. It helps especially if typing in address from another location, can’t tell which property is what. Rest of app is very good and user friendly. Just please fix base map layer.

Very frustrating

App is garbage 90 % of the time. Have to delete app and reinstall to remove the issues. Once I choose a location and set out the area for assets it glitches out and won’t allow me to go to the next step. When it works it’s great, but for someone like myself that works for a utility and need quick use of this app it becomes quite frustrating when these issues keep happening.

What’s with the map base?

With no property numbers or satellite images available, assurance of correct area selection is poor. Such a critical element of successful use of the service, I’m staggered that this is live as is.
Contact from DBYD after the review advises a “work around” to use the desktop.
AKA don’t use the app! Stop the spin and fix the app. Simple.
